Number of shares:  75,548,530 shares

Purchase price:  18 cents per share for 73,525,409 shares; 16 cents per share for 2,023,121 shares

Number of placees:  18 placees

Agents' fees:  Hannam & Partners (Advisory) LLP and Paradigm Capital Inc. receive cash commissions of 6 per cent.
