The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Theratechnologies Inc. has rolled back its shares 1:4, effective at the open on July 31, 2023. According to the TSX, the company will continue trading under the symbol TH. The new Cusip number is 88338H 70 4.

The TSX notes that no fractional share will be issued in connection with the consolidation. Any such fractional share will be rounded up to the next nearest whole number of shares if the fraction is at least half of a share and rounded down to the nearest whole number of shares if the fraction is less than half a share, provided, however, that no shareholder shall hold less than a single share as a result of the consolidation, such that rounding of a fractional share for a shareholder holding only one share will be made to a whole share.

The TSX has been advised that the shares will be posted for trading on a postconsolidated basis on the Nasdaq Stock Market at the open on July 31, 2023.
