TFI INTERNATIONAL DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

The board of directors of TFI International Inc. has declared a quarterly dividend of 40 U.S. cents per outstanding common share of its capital payable on April 15, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 28, 2024.
