TRICAN WELL SERVICE LTD. ANNOUNCES THE 2023 ANNUAL MEETING RESULTS

Trican Well Service Ltd. has released the final results from its 2023 annual meeting held on May 12, 2023.

The six nominees as shown in the attached table were elected as directors of Trican to hold office until the next annual meeting of shareholders of Trican, or until their successors are elected or appointed.

At the meeting, shareholders also voted to approve the appointment of KPMG LLP as auditor of Trican, with votes for totalling 104,204,834 Trican shares representing 98.49 per cent of the Trican shares voted. An advisory vote to accept Trican's approach to executive compensation was approved by shareholders with votes for totaling 99,504,177 Trican shares representing 96.29 per cent of the Trican shares voted.
