TRANSALTA TO HOST FOURTH QUARTER AND FULL YEAR 2025 RESULTS CONFERENCE CALL
TransAlta Corp. will release its fourth quarter and full-year 2025 results before markets open on Friday, Feb. 27, 2026. A conference call and webcast to discuss the results as well as the company's 2026 annual guidance will be held for investors, analysts, members of the media and other interested parties on the same day beginning at 9 a.m. Mountain Time (11 a.m. Eastern Time).

To access the conference call by telephone, please register on-line ahead of time. Once registered, participants will have the option of: (1) dialling into the call from their phone (through a personalized PIN (personal identification number)); or (2) clicking the "Call Me" option to receive an automated call directly to their phones.
