TRANSALTA DECLARES DIVIDENDS
TransAlta Corp. has declared a quarterly dividend of 5.5 cents per common share, payable on Jan.
1, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec.
1, 2023.
The company has also declared quarterly dividends on its cumulative redeemable rate reset first preferred shares for the period starting from and including Sept.
30, 2023, up to but excluding Dec.
31, 2023.
When the dividend payment date falls on a weekend or holiday, the payment is made the following business day.
