The Investment Reporter, in its June 2, 2023, issue, says buy Telus Corp., recently $25.73. Previously, the Reporter said buy 29 times from Nov. 14, 1995, to Nov. 25, 2022, at prices ranging from $10.65 to $63.42 (the stock split 2:1 in April, 2013, and then split 2:1 again in March, 2020). Assuming an investment of $1,000 for each of the 29 buys, the $29,000 position would now be worth $71,786. Telus is a Canadian national telecommunications company that provides a wide range of telecommunications products and services. In May, Telus increased its dividend from $1.40 a share to $1.45. The dividend is now equal to a deeply attractive yield of 5.6 per cent. The company usually increases its dividend twice a year. The Reporter says buy Telus for growth and income.
