SILVERCORP ANNOUNCES FILING OF UPDATED TECHNICAL REPORT FOR THE GC MINE

Further to its news release dated Aug. 27, 2024, Silvercorp Metals Inc. has filed an updated technical report for the Gaocheng mine titled "Technical Report on Gaocheng Silver-Lead-Zinc Project in Guangdong Province, China." The technical report is effective June 30, 2024, and was prepared by SRK Consulting China Ltd.

The technical report was prepared in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 (Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects) and can be found on the company's website and under the company's profile on SEDAR+.

There are no material differences in the information in the technical report and the information contained in the release.
