That seems fair.
Mr Little can snipe from the shadows while profiting from the uncertainty he creates. The companies he attacks have no recourse to justice and no way of defaming Mr Little with the facts. When he is exposed for what he is, a fraud and probably a gangster in his own right, he simply re-creates himself under a new pseudonym and its business as usual.
Time for Mr Little to face the music in the real world, unmasked, disgraced, and seperated from his ill gotten gains.

Its so easy! Spread around some rumors and the willing newspapers jump on the train. investors jump off the train and you damaged a good company AND you get a lot of money
Same happens to RIM in a slow way. Every few weeks BGR reports new things from "trusty" sources form the inner cyrcle of RIM (hahaha), that they are facing problems everwhere.
Same happens to INT.V (are the 40 Mio monthly users true???) and to NKL.V (ohhh lord, its 100% sure that they have a bad recovery)
and many more
these people should burn in hell forever

When u go out to short a company and nakedly hurt thousands you should not hide. What Mr. Little is asking is permission to accuse without publicly defending. He accused Silvercorp publically and shorted for profit as he has done to numerous others. This time he should answer and answer publicly. I have no compassion for a person who wreaks havoc for profit. If the company is legitatemly misleading the public they should be charged in front of the public, if Mr. Little is deliberatly misleading the public for personal gain then he/she should be charged in front of the public.
