The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 1,544,540 bonus shares to settle the amount of $204,431 in 2022 annual discretionary compensation to three members of the executive management of the company.

The issuance of the bonus shares was approved by the disinterested shareholders at the shareholders meeting that was held on Sept. 21, 2023.
