The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Stantec Inc. has increased the number of common shares it may buy back until March 11, 2027, from 2,281,339 shares to 5,703,349 shares. According to the TSX, the 5,703,349 shares represent approximately 5 per cent of the company's issued and outstanding shares as of March 2, 2026.
