The Globe and Mail reports in its Friday, Dec. 8, edition that RBC Capital analyst Sabahat Khan has reaffirmed his "outperform" recommendation for Stantec. The Globe's David Leeder writes in the Eye On Equities column that Mr. Khan's share target soared $14 to $118. Analysts on average target the shares at $133.64. Mr. Khan says in a note: "Stantec's Investor Day outlined the company's 2024-2026 Strategic Plan/targets that were largely in line with our expectations (MSD per cent-HSD per cent [mid-to-high-single-digits percentage] organic growth + margin expansion) heading into the event. The targets and management commentary on demand drivers also reaffirmed our view that Stantec remains well positioned to capitalize on the secular tailwinds driving the industry." The Globe reported on Nov. 14 that ATB Capital analyst Chris Murray had upgraded Stantec to "outperform." It was then worth $96.96. The Globe reported on Dec. 1 that BMO Capital Markets analyst Devin Dodge had reaffirmed his "outperform" recommendation for Stantec, which could then be had for $101.12.
