The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Stantec Inc. will list an additional 3,108,450 shares at the open on Nov. 29, 2023. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $92.50 per share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Nov. 22, 2023, to the company's short form base shelf prospectus dated Nov. 18, 2022.
