SSR MINING ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS FROM 2023 ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Each of the nine nominees listed in the proxy statement for the 2023 annual meeting of shareholders was elected as a director of SSR Mining Inc. on Thursday, May 25, 2023. Voting results for the election of directors are set out herein.
