SIR ROYALTY INCOME FUND ANNOUNCES DECEMBER 2023 DISTRIBUTION AND SPECIAL YEAR-END DISTRIBUTION

SIR Royalty Income Fund has declared a cash distribution of 9.5 cents per unit for the period of Nov. 1, 2023, to Nov. 30, 2023. The fund also declared a special year-end cash distribution of 4.25 cents per unit. The December distribution and the special distribution will be payable on Dec. 29, 2023, to unitholders of record as at the close of business on Dec. 21, 2023.

The trustees of the fund believe the special distribution to be paid on Dec. 29, 2023, is prudent and appropriate as the fund has excess distributable cash available.

About SIR Royalty Income Fund

The fund is a trust governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario that receives distribution income from its investment in the SIR Royalty Limited Partnership and interest income from the SIR loan. The fund intends to pay distributions to unitholders on a monthly basis.
