The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 779,273 common shares to settle $171,440 of interest due Dec. 31, 2023, to holders of the 8 per cent convertible unsecured subordinated debentures issued on June 14, 2019, and Jan. 15, 2021.

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
