The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to the extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Number of warrants:  3,906,250

Original expiry date of warrants:  April 30, 2024

New expiry date of warrants:  Aug. 31, 2025

Exercise price of warrants:  40 cents

These warrants were issued pursuant to a senior credit facility loan dated April 30, 2021, whereby 41.25 million share purchase warrants (preconsolidated) were issued as bonus warrants, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective April 28, 2021. The extension of warrants is in connection with the execution of the fifth amendment to the existing senior credit facility loan.
