SAVARIA DECLARES MONTHLY DIVIDEND

Savaria Corp. has declared a dividend of 4.33 cents per common share, in accordance with its monthly dividend policy, payable on March 8, 2024, to shareholders of record of the corporation at the close of business on Feb. 29, 2024. This is an eligible dividend within the meaning of the Income Tax Act.
