The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Savaria Corp. will list an additional 3,794,000 shares at the open on Sept. 22, 2023. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $14.50 per share, pursuant to the terms of a short form prospectus dated Sept. 15, 2023.
