SAVARIA ANNOUNCES DATE FOR SECOND QUARTER 2023 FINANCIAL RESULTS

Savaria Corp. will release its financial results for the second quarter of 2023 after market close on Wednesday, Aug. 9, 2023. Savaria's management will hold an investor conference call and webcast at 8:30 a.m. ET on Thursday, Aug. 10, 2023. Investors and members of the media are invited to participate on a listen-only basis.
