SHOPIFY TO ANNOUNCE SECOND-QUARTER 2026 FINANCIAL RESULTS

Shopify Inc. plans to announce financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, before markets open on Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2026. Shopify's management team will host a conference call to discuss second quarter results at 8:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2026. The conference call will be available by webcast on the investor relations section of Shopify's website.

An archived replay of the webcast will be available following the conclusion of the call.
