SHOPIFY TO ANNOUNCE FIRST-QUARTER 2024 FINANCIAL RESULTS MAY 8, 2024

Shopify Inc. plans to release financial results for its first quarter, which ended March 31, 2024, before market open on Wednesday, May 8, 2024.

Shopify's management team will host a conference call to discuss the first-quarter results at 8:30 a.m. ET on Wednesday, May 8, 2024. The conference call will be available via webcast on the investor relations section of Shopify's website.

An archived replay of the webcast will be available following the conclusion of the call.
