SPRUCE RIDGE ANNOUNCES REINSTATEMENT OF TRADING ON TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE

Further to the press release announcing the revocation of the cease trade order dated Aug. 4, 2023, the TSX Venture Exchange has lifted the trading halt imposed on Spruce Ridge Resources Ltd.'s common shares in connection with the CTO. The common shares are expected to resume trading on the facilities of the TSX-V at the open of market on Aug. 11, 2023.
