The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the surface rights lease agreement dated July 3, 2025, between the company's wholly owned Mexican subsidiary and an arm's-length party. Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the lessee will acquire exclusive surface rights to Rancho El Cerro Prieto, located in Sonora, Mexico, for 12 years and six months. The lease will consist of a total of $15,625,000 (U.S.) to be paid over the initial three years and the issuance of five million common shares of the company to the lessor by the end of the first year. The lease will also have an option to extend the lease for another 12 years and six months for a total of $15,625,000 (U.S.) in payments after the 13th year.
