Effective at the opening on Wednesday, Sept. 9, 2020, the common shares of Sonoro Gold Corp. will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange, and the common shares of Sonoro Metals Corp. will be delisted. The company is classified as a mineral exploration/development company.
