SOLUTION FINANCIAL INC. ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Vancouver, B.C., April 2, 2024 - Solution Financial Inc. (TSX: SFI) ("Solution" or the "Company") a provider of luxury automotive and yacht leasing in Canada, announces the results of its annual general meeting held on March 28, 2024 (the "AGM").

Shareholders voted in favour of all of the items of business put forth at the Meeting as set out below. A total of 40,620,131 shares were represented at the Meeting, representing 47.01% of the total issued and outstanding shares.

The following seven (7) nominees were elected to serve as directors of the Company until the next annual general meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed:
