SOLUTION FINANCIAL INC. ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Solution Financial Inc. has released the results of its annual general meeting held on March 28, 2024.

Shareholders voted in favour of all of the items of business put forth at the meeting as set out in the attached tables. A total of 40,620,131 shares were represented at the meeting, representing 47.01 per cent of the total issued and outstanding shares.

Election of directors

The seven nominees in an attached table were elected to serve as directors of the company until the next annual general meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed.

Appointment of auditor

Davidson & Co. LLP, chartered professional accountants, was appointed as auditor of the company for the fiscal year ending Oct. 31, 2024.

Approach to executive compensation

The approach to executive compensation was approved.
