SOLUTION FINANCIAL INITIATES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

Solution Financial Inc.'s board of directors has authorized the payment of a quarterly dividend of 0.1 cent. The quarterly dividend is payable on March 15, 2024, to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on Feb. 29, 2024. This dividend is a non-eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
