NOTICE OF ANNUAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Sintana Energy Inc. will hold its annual and special meeting of shareholders will be held at 10 a.m. EDT on Thursday, Aug. 6, 2026, at 17 State St., fourth floor, New York, N.Y, 10004.

At the meeting, inter alia, resolutions will be proposed to approve the amendments to the company's equity incentive plan and to the company's bylaws. The management information circular and the notice of the meeting containing the full resolutions will be posted to shareholders shortly and will be available on the company's website.
