Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated March 3, 2023, the company has advised the following additional information.

The company has issued 230,484 compensation warrants to a finder. Each compensation warrant is non- transferable and is exercisable into one common share of the company at a price of 23 cents per share for a period of 24 months from the date of issuance.
