The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 90,236 shares at a deemed price of 38.937 cents for a total consideration of $35,135 ($26,000 (U.S.)) for certain services provided to the company pursuant to an agreement dated Sept. 1, 2022.
