The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue five million common shares at a deemed price of two cents in consideration of certain services provided to the company pursuant to four consulting agreements each dated Sept. 7, 2023.

Number of service providers:  four creditors

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued.
