RED WHITE & BLOOM ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Red White & Bloom Brands Inc. shareholders have approved all resolutions at the annual general meeting held on June 16, 2023.

As a result:

• Macias Gini & O'Connell LLP, certified public accountants, was reappointed as the auditor of the company;
• The number of directors was set at six with the following nominees re-elected as directors: Brad Rogers, Johannes (Theo) van der Linde, Michael Marchese, Brendan Purdy, Colby De Zen and Gabriel Bianchi was elected as a new director.

Details of these matters are disclosed in the management information circular for the meeting dated May 5, 2023, and posted under the company's profile on SEDAR.

Following the meeting, Mr. Rogers was reappointed as chief executive officer, Mr. De Zen was re-appointed as president. and Mr. Mattei was reappointed as chief financial officer and corporate secretary of the company.
