REVIVAL GOLD ANNUAL STOCK OPTION GRANT

Pursuant to the company's stock option plan, Revival Gold Inc. has granted 1,855,000 incentive stock options to directors, officers and consultants of the company as part of its annual compensation plan. The options are exercisable at a price of 50 cents per share for a period of five years and are subject to vesting provisions.
