The Company delivered a record revenue quarter, achieved net profitability for the fourth consecutive quarter, and expanded its enterprise data exchange, underscoring the growing commercial validation of its platform.

Revenue

Revenue for Q2 2026 was $474,493, an increase of $319,821, or approximately 207%, compared to $154,672 for Q2 2025. This growth was driven by an increase in recurring enterprise subscription revenue, data exchange revenue, and transaction fee revenue.

Q2 2026 revenue of $474,493 is the Company's highest quarter on record, and represents a 57% sequential increase over Q1 2026 ($302,470). The revenue trajectory reflects the compounding effect of new enterprise agreements and the beginning of transaction fee revenue.

Year-to-date revenue, comprising of Q1 and Q2 2026, was $776,963, an increase of $469,610, or approximately 153%, compared to $307,353 for Q1 & Q2 2025.

Net Income and Profitability

The Company recorded net income of $47,164 for Q2 2026, compared to a net loss of $(20,078) in Q2 2025, a swing of $67,242. This marks the fourth consecutive profitable quarter for the Company, demonstrating sustained inflection in operating performance.

Year-to-date net income was $55,791, compared to a net loss of $(89,123) in Q1 & Q2 2025, an improvement of $144,914.

CORPORATE MILESTONES

Databricks Integration for Enterprise Data - April 23, 2026

RESAAS announced the launch of a Databricks integration, enabling enterprise customers to securely synchronize proprietary real estate data captured within RESAAS directly into Databricks' AI Platform. This capability allows customers to combine RESAAS referral, transaction, and market intelligence data with their own internal datasets, supporting advanced analytics, business intelligence, and AI-driven decision-making.

Epique Realty Selects RESAAS - May 4, 2026

Epique Realty, one of the fastest growing brokerages in the United States, selected RESAAS to power its referral platform. The agreement expands RESAAS' presence among premium residential brokerages and reinforces the Company's strategy of enabling cross-border collaboration and agent-to-agent referral activity at scale.

Data Exchange Expansion - June 17, 2026

The Company expanded its Commercial Data Exchange (CODE) to the Toronto, ON market during Q2, servicing the Office and Industrial asset classes for existing clients of RESAAS CODE, as well as additional brokerage and institutional customers in and around the Greater Toronto Area.

MANAGEMENT COMMENTARY

"Q2 2026 was another landmark quarter for the Company. RESAAS more than tripled revenue year-over-year, delivered a fourth consecutive profitable quarter, and continued to secure agreements with enterprise clients across both residential and commercial real estate verticals," said Tom Rossiter, CEO of RESAAS. "RESAAS's continual investment in platform infrastructure and data capabilities is enabling the Company to scale at an accelerating rate. This quarter marks the first inclusion of revenue from transaction fees, a channel we expect to grow significantly."

STRATEGIC OUTLOOK

RESAAS enters the second half of 2026 with a growing roster of global enterprise clients, a differentiated and expanding technology platform, and a strengthened balance sheet. The Company believes its three-pillar strategy - enterprise referral technology, purpose-built payment infrastructure through RESAAS Pay, and commercial real estate data exchange - provides multiple pathways to long-term revenue growth, platform scalability, and operating leverage.

Key growth drivers anticipated for the second half of 2026 and beyond include:

  • Continued onboarding of new enterprise customers and activation of contracted referral networks

  • Commercialization of RESAAS Pay, the Company's purpose-built payment rails for multi-currency real estate referral fee settlement

  • Revenue opportunities from the commercial real estate data exchange platform, designed for research departments within large commercial brokerages and institutional landlord-operators
