The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an amending agreement dated Nov. 10, 2023, whereby Reyna Silver Corp. and two arm's-length vendors agree to amend the Medicine Springs, Nevada, option interest acquisition agreement dated Dec. 14, 2022. The amended terms are:

• On or before Feb. 1, 2024: a cash payment of $100,000 and $200,000 in common shares based on a 30-day VWAP (volume-weighted average price) prior to the date of issuance, but in no case valued at less than 12.375 cents;
• On or before Oct. 1, 2024: a cash payment of $150,000 and $100,000 in common shares based on a 30-day VWAP prior to the date of issuance, but in no case valued at less than 12.375 cents.
