ROGERS SUGAR INC. DECLARES DIVIDEND TO SHAREHOLDERS

Rogers Sugar Inc.'s board of directors has authorized the declaration of a quarterly dividend of nine cents per share to be paid to shareholders of record on Dec. 30, 2023, payable on Feb. 1, 2024. This is an eligible dividend for income tax purposes.
