The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Real Estate Split Corp. will list up to an additional 494,600 preferred shares and 401,300 Class A shares at the open on April 23, 2024. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $9.65 per preferred share and $11.70 per Class A share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated April 16, 2024, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated Jan. 11, 2023.
