The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Real Estate Split Corp. will list up to an additional 543,860 Class A shares and 629,360 preferred shares at the open on Sept. 28, 2023. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $13.40 per Class A share and $9.55 per preferred share, pursuant to the terms of the prospectus supplement dated Sept. 21, 2023, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated Jan. 11, 2023.
