The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Real Estate Split Corp. will list up to an additional 393,700 Class A shares and 500,500 preferred shares at the open on June 29, 2023. According to the TSX, the listing will cover shares to be issued at $14.25 per Class A share and $9.35 per preferred share, pursuant to the terms of a prospectus supplement dated June 22, 2023, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated Jan. 11, 2023.
