ROVER CRITICAL MINERALS TO CHANGE NAME TO STOCKWORKS GOLD INC.

The TSX Venture Exchange has approved Rover Critical Minerals Corp.'s application to change its name to Stockworks Gold Inc. Effective Tuesday, Aug. 5, 2025, the company will commence trading under its new name. A new stock symbol (STW) and Cusip number (860915107) have been assigned to the company's common shares.
