ROVER CRITICAL MINERALS DROPS LOI TO ACQUIRE SILICON VALLEY PROJECT IN GOLDEN, BRITISH COLUMBIA

Further to its release of July 24, 2024, Rover Critical Minerals Corp. has dropped its letter of intent to option the Silicon Valley silica project near Golden, B.C., with Orichalcum Holdings Inc.

Three-cent unit financing

Further to the company's release of Nov. 19, 2024, the TSX Venture Exchange seeks the company to clarify that the use of proceeds from this financing will not be used to pay any non-arm's-length parties and will not be used to pay any investor relations fees.
