The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing a third amending agreement dated March 27, 2024, between the company and an arm's-length vendor, whereby the company will issue one million common shares at a deemed value of three cents in lieu of an advance royalty payment of $30,000 cash due on or before April 7, 2024, for the Cabin Lake property in the Northwest Territories.
