The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue a total of 150,000 shares at varying deemed prices per month in consideration of certain consulting services, valued at $2,500 per month, provided to the company for the period from Oct. 1, 2023, to Dec. 31, 2023, pursuant to a service agreement dated May 1, 2023.
