ROVER METALS ISSUES SHARES FOR SERVICES

Further to Rover Metals Corp.'s release of May 26, 2023, the company is issuing 206,126 common shares in the company for services provided by a Switzerland-based business development consultant. The Swiss consultant is independent (arm's length) to the company. The share-based payment is for the payment of consulting services for the period of May, 2023, through to September, 2023. The company has received approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to make the issuance, pursuant to the common shares bearing the standard four-month regulatory hold period from the date of issuance.

Swiss business development consultant

In May, 2023, the company hired a Switzerland-based consultant to provide business development consulting services in the key mining markets of England, France, Germany and Switzerland. The consultant's roles and responsibilities include travelling throughout central Europe representing the company at mining events. The company was successful in raising an equity financing in the summer of 2023 (see related news releases).
