Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletins dated March 8, 2023, the exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date of the following warrants.

Private placement

Number of warrants:  200,000 (outstanding)

Original expiry date of warrants:  Feb. 28, 2026

New expiry date of warrants:  Feb. 28, 2027

Exercise price of warrants:  35 cents (unchanged)

These underlying warrants were issued upon the partial conversion of $100,000 of the $625,000 principal amount convertible debentures, which was accepted for filing by the exchange effective March 8, 2023.
