The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation pertaining to an arm's-length property option agreement dated Sept. 8, 2025, between Trident Resources Corp. and an arm's-length optionor, whereby the company has the right and option to acquire up to a 100-per-cent interest in certain mineral claims known as the Reindeer project, located in Saskatchewan, Canada.

According to the agreement, the acquisition of the property will be completed through staged payments, including cash, share issuances and exploration commitments:

• On closing, the company will pay the optionor $35,000 in cash and issue one million common shares to acquire a 50-per-cent interest.
• On or before the first anniversary of closing, the company will issue an additional 500,000 common shares for an additional 25-per-cent interest (totalling 75 per cent).
• On or before the second anniversary of closing, the company will issue an additional 500,000 common shares and incur sufficient exploration expenditures to keep the property in good standing for an additional 25-per-cent interest (totalling 100 per cent).
• After the company earns an interest in the property, but fails to exercise the third option to earn the final 25-per-cent interest, the company and the optionor will enter into a single-purpose joint venture to proceed with the continued exploration and development of the property.

The transaction is arm's length in nature and no finders' fees are payable.
