The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing an amending agreement dated Aug. 12, 2020, between Rockridge Resources Ltd. and Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. (the vendor), whereas the parties amended an option agreement dated Oct. 31, 2018, by extending the due date on the second anniversary exploration expenditures an additional six months, from Jan. 2, 2021, to July 2, 2021, in consideration of the company issuing 300,000 common shares to the vendor.
