Results of Annual General Meeting

Vancouver, British Columbia - Red Hut Metals Inc. (the "Company") announces that at the Annual General Meeting (the "M
--->eeting") held on November 26, 2015, Messrs. Robert Eadie, Gary Arca, David Gunning and Michael Sweatman were reappoint
--->ed directors of the Company. The shareholders also reappointed Wolrige Mahon LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the Compan
--->y's auditors and approved the Company's 10% rolling stock option plan.  

Subsequent to the Meeting, the Board of Directors appointed Mr. Robert Eadie as President and Chief Executive Officer 
--->and Mr. Gary Arca as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of the Company.
