REGENX ANNOUNCES ISSUANCE OF CEASE TRADE ORDER

Further to Regenx Tech Corp.'s news releases dated July 24, 2025, and Sept. 16, 2025, the management cease trade order granted on July 30, 2025, by the company's principal regulator, the Alberta Securities Commission (ASC), has expired and the ASC has issued a cease trade order against Regenx effective Oct. 1, 2025, for failing to file audited annual financial statements, management discussion and analysis, and annual certifications for the year ended March 31, 2025, within the time period prescribed by securities regulation. In addition, as a result of the cease trade order, the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization imposed a halt of trading of Regenx's common shares on Oct. 1, 2025. The corporation currently anticipates completing and filing the annual filings on or before Oct. 29, 2025, with the interim filings for the period ended June 30, 2025, to follow shortly thereafter.
